Great to meet you!

At the end of each session, It is my desire for you to feel like you had a chat with a trusted friend. Your therapy intervention will be customized as I am rather eclectic in my professional approach. educational tools such as: videos, readings homework assignment can be expected. It's been my professional experience that a client who is invested in their mental health and who desires to maintain their progress will overcome their initial complaint/condition usually within 6months.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I meet a client where he/she are at. I am interested in what brings them in? Have they ever struggled with that situation/circumstance before. If so, how? Did they get the outcome they were hoping to? I ask clarifying questions and prescribe a plan to assist clients in achieving what they envision for their life. I'll use the miracle question, when they are unsure.

What you can expect from our first session

A sense that their concerns are safe. They have been supported not judged. There may even be a sense of a challenge but a confidence that I will be here for them every step of the way.
