Great to meet you!

Parenting is both rewarding and challenging. I know firsthand how tough it can be, especially since young children experience big emotions but lack the skills to express them. This often leads to tantrums or acting out, and some children struggle with difficult experiences or trauma. I’m here to help families navigate these challenges and teach their children healthier ways to express emotions—skills that can last a lifetime.

My approach to therapy

I work closely with families to assess their child's needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. Therapy includes education, support, and consultation for parents, caregivers, or teachers.

For young children, intervention is play-based, using activities like art, storytelling, and games to help them express emotions and process experiences. As they grow more comfortable, therapy may shift to direct discussions about feelings and behavior. My goal is to help children and families develop healthier ways to understand and manage challenges together.

What you can expect from me

Most parents report feeling a renewed sense of hope and optimism after starting therapy. Having a space to express their concerns helps them feel supported and validated. Children enjoy connecting with someone they trust, making therapy a positive and meaningful experience as they learn and grow.
