Christine Halterman

Hi, I'm Christine. I am License Independent Clinical Socal Worker in the state of Washington. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Worker from the University of Southern California in 2013.

I’ve spent over a decade working within the healthcare, mental health, and hospice fields. I treat a braod range of conditions including: Anxiety and Stress Management, Depression and Negative Self Talk, Grief and Loss and Complicated Life Transitions. Through my experiences I've learned that we don’t heal by pushing through alone., we heal in connection with others.

I bring a straightforward, compassionate, and sometimes slightly irreverent approach to therapy. My goal isn’t to “fix” you (because you’re not broken), it’s to help you reconnect with yourself, identify your goals and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

Each person comes to therapy for different reasons. In early sesions we'll explore what you want to get out of this experience and create meaningful and authentic goals to address your unique needs. With each session, I'll adjust my approach as new insights, challenges and changes emerge.
