Great to meet you!

I believe every person has a story worth understanding and carries strengths, wisdom, and capacity that can be difficult to see when life has caused pain. I have spent my career working with people impacted by trauma, attachment wounds, and experiences that have changed how they understand themselves and their relationships with others. I approach this work with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for the expertise you bring about your own life. Together, we can look beyond what is happening to explore why—and make space for the beauty, courage, and possibility that exist alongside the struggle.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship rather than a place where I provide answers and you follow them. My work is trauma- and attachment-focused and integrates expressive, somatic, mindfulness-based, and relational approaches to help us explore experiences that may not be fully accessible through words alone. I will offer questions, observations, challenges, and tools, while trusting that meaningful change comes from strengthening your connection to your own insight, capacity, and internal compass.

What you can expect from me

When we meet, you can expect me to be curious about you as a whole person—not simply your symptoms, diagnosis, or the things you want to change. We will move at a pace that allows us to build trust and understand what has shaped you, what matters to you, and what you need from our work together. I won't pretend to know your life better than you do, and I won't expect you to have the right words for every experience. You can expect honesty, warmth, curiosity, humor when it fits, and a relationship where there is room to question, explore, create, struggle, and discover.
