I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I help clients move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to building clarity, confidence, and meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT-informed strategies, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, along with a trauma-informed perspective. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and can build practical skills to move forward.
