I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Pupil Personnel Credential, dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care. I utilize a range of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My therapeutic methods include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
