I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Syracuse University. Syracuse area is where I have practiced majority of my career, in a variety of settings: domestic violence, sexual assault, substance use, school based mental health and substance use prevention. I really love what I do. It is a privilege to work with and empower individuals who may need help finding balance in life.
The majority of my work has been spent working with teens and adults. With my specialties, stated above, I will work with you to build coping skills for emotions, thoughts, and situations that may leave you feeling breathless.
My hope is that my clients take away from session is feeling seen and heard; that they felt welcomed and connected; gaining new insights or skills to a problem. Relationship is key to success in therapy. I will do what I can to help client's ease into or pick back up on their journey to a healthier self.
