Please note our practice is dedicated to women 18 years and older and we are not seeing men.

I'm a board-certified psychiatrist in practice for 9 years dedicated to and working exclusively with women 18 years old and over. I love working with my clients and seeing women reach their goals and optimize their health. Anxiety, depression, ADHD, and hormonal changes at different stages of life are just some of my areas of interest and expertise.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to care and look for root causes of symptoms. I view our work together as a partnership and want you to feel better after our first session. Our work is focused on lifestyle changes including nutrition, movement, improving sleep and stress management.

What you can expect from our first session

Thorough assessment of symptoms and a personalized approach for you to promote optimize mental and whole body health. Nutrition and lifestyle interventions are important aspects of my treatment plans and will help you to thrive. We offer medication management with a goal of using them on a short term basis. Our practice does not prescribe controlled substances (including no stimulants or benzodiazepines). We also do not fill out any paperwork or forms.
