Great to meet you!

I am proud of you for starting this process of looking for a therapist for yourself or someone you love. It takes tremendous courage to begin. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working with children of all ages, families and adults. I believe that therapy should be tailored to each individual.

My approach to therapy

I meet with a variety of clients, including those with anxiety, depression, and navigating a transition (parenting, move, career, relationship). I have experience as a School Social Worker, where I provided both individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, facilitated family and student centered workshops. I have a passion for advocating for the needs of youth and families.
