I enjoy helping people treat a multitude of concerns such as anxiety and depression, stress, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, addiction/substance use concerns, perinatal mental health, family planning, and pregnancy loss.

Sessions will be individually tailored to the needs and expectations of each unique client. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions during my sessions. I am comfortable meeting you where you currently are in order for us to move forward together.

During each session we usually review progress since the previous session, identify any updated concerns, and then address an agreed upon topic. "Homework" is usually assigned at the end of the session and could include homework such as reviewing some type of media, creating a gratitude list, or journaling.
