Great to meet you!

Life is messy sometimes. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to get through a tough season, it helps to have someone in your corner. I’m here to be that person—someone you can talk to, bounce things off of, and feel safe being yourself around. I work with people from all walks of life and show up to each session with warmth, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental attitude. You don’t need to have everything figured out—this is a space where you can just be real, and we’ll take things one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My style is relaxed, down-to-earth and collaborative. I pull from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but I always tailor our work to fit your unique needs. I’m trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered, which means we’ll go at your pace and focus on what actually feels helpful

What you can expect from me

If you’re struggling with managing emotions, navigating a big life change, or simply feeling “off” and not sure why, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’d love to support you in finding clarity, calm, and whatever’s next for you.
