I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 9 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life's challenges. I'm passionate about helping people better understand themselves and navigate relationships and life's transitions, including college, career changes, parenthood, family conflict, anxiety, trauma, grief, relocation, and other major life changes. I provide a supportive space to gain insight, build healthy coping skills, and move forward with confidence.

My clinical approach includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, & Positive Psychology. If you are looking to build effective processing and coping skills and increase confidence in your ability to communicate, set boundaries and make healthy decisions, let's chat!
