Christine Knapp

My name is Christine Knapp, LMHC. I have 9+ years experience private practice, working with a variety of different disorders/struggles. Before that, I worked on a inpatient unit of a psychiatric hospital helping patients find stability and health. I also have experience working in an outpatient substance abuse clinic where I helped people find and maintain recovery from substances. In my private practice, I've successfully helped clients heal from depression, anxiety and trauma, etc.

I have a psychoanalytic and strengths based and supportive approach. I support my clients to accomplish their goals. We work on healing from the past, finding ways to cope with the present while best preparing for the future.

Clients can expect to feel understood, heard and supported. I met my clients where they are at. I create a warm and safe space for all.
