I graduated from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work in 2002 with a focus on mental health. I focus on providing therapy for people making life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I have worked in the mental health field for 15 years assisting people with navigating change.
