Christine is dedicated to helping and supporting others achieve their mental wellness goals using evidence-based practices, a holistic approach, and empathy. She specializes in treating ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, stress, and trauma. Christine is certified in medication management and therapy, allowing her to create personalized treatment plans that are collaborative, holistic, and infused with humor and empathy.

I believe in working with clients and their families to achieve wellness goals. I understand the importance of a customized, culturally sensitive approach. I have received specialized training in behavioral and mental health assessment and management, as well as in delivering mental health support to vulnerable populations. I am passionate about cognitive restructuring and incorporate mindfulness, sleep hygiene, and other complementary therapies to help her clients thrive optimally.

I believe in using psychiatric medications thoughtfully, starting with the lowest effective dose to help manage your mood. We can also explore different therapy options, like interpersonal therapy, psychotherapy, Inner Child Work, and stress management techniques, to find what works best for you.
