Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed social worker with thirteen years of experience in community mental health, specializing in supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse. Over more than a decade in this field, I've come to understand how disorienting and isolating these relationships can be, how they can erode your sense of self and make it hard to trust your own instincts again. Having completed advanced training with Dr. Ramani Durvasula, a leading voice in the field, I help clients recognize the patterns they've experienced, make sense of what happened, and develop the practical tools they need to heal. My goal is to offer a steady, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can reclaim your voice and rediscover the clarity and confidence that abuse may have taken from you, all at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic, integrative approach that combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and EMDR with psychoeducation. CBT helps clients shift the unhelpful thought patterns that abuse can instill, while EMDR offers an evidence-based way to process traumatic memories so they lose their grip on the present. Throughout our work, I weave in psychoeducation, because understanding what you've experienced and how trauma affects the brain and body can be deeply validating in itself. I believe in looking at the whole person, not just a set of symptoms, and helping you reframe the way you think about your experiences and yourself, so you can move forward with greater self-compassion and a renewed sense of who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll build rapport and I'll learn about your unique situation. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with; this initial conversation is simply about getting to know each other and understanding what brought you here. From there, I'll help you understand patterns in your thinking and experiences, giving you perspective and tools to start your healing journey. Together, we'll set goals that feel meaningful to you and create a plan that honors your pace, so you always know what to expect as we move forward.
