Great to meet you!

I've always felt a calling to use my natural ability to connect with people, even during their most difficult moments. What drives me is helping clients discover themselves in a way that's both creative and professional, while staying grounded and down-to-earth. My journey through pre-med studies and my own medical experiences have given me a unique perspective that allows me to think outside the box when problem-solving with clients.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time. I incorporate humor and brevity to bring balance to the struggle and pain of processing emotions. My style is about breaking down complex, difficult concepts into insights you can actually use in real life - making therapy adaptable and practical for genuine healing and progress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will feel open and conversational, tailored to you in real time. Yes, we'll get through the necessary intake paperwork, but my goal is for you to leave that very first session with clear goals and a sense of progress. I meet you where you are and adjust our conversation to what you need most.
