Great to meet you!

I've been practicing mental health therapy for five years now. I have my Master's of Science in Clinical Psychology from Brenau University. I am passionate in working with children ages 9 and up, adolescents, & adults addressing their unique challenges they experience. I empower clients to find their own resolve because the answer lies in the “why” of the behavior, thoughts, and feelings.

My approach to therapy

I utilizes evidence-based, person-centered therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Core Belief Therapy.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be different than our other sessions. The first session is getting to know you, and it is more focused on quick history gathering. While our other appointments will go at your pace.
