About Me

Through strength-based, holistic approaches, it is my prerogative to help you achieve the goals you have in mind for yourself. I assist adults, adolescents and children in the process of learning how to cope with, adapt, and relate to others and the world around them. Committed to providing the highest quality of care to promote healing and growth. I work closely with my clients to address all of their concerns, issues, and symptoms. When counseling children and adolescents, I work closely with the parents involving them in the therapeutic process, in order to facilitate the most effective outcomes.

I use my knowledge of neurological brain functioning in conjunction with therapeutic approaches to provide the best treatment options based upon individual needs. I am dedicated to providing an empathic, non-judgemental, culturally competent environment, where your concerns are heard and a viable solution is explored.

I have over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents. My experience as an educator coupled with my counseling skills has created a niche in working with children and adolescent emotional and behavioral issues.
