Great to meet you!

Hello Good Person, I am a licensed mental health counselor with decades of experience as both a clinician and an educator. I spent many years teaching: first as K-12 educator, and then as a counselor educator, in addition to having a private practice in New York. Currently I have a small private practice; I enjoy sitting “remotely” with people, listening to their experiences, and helping them move through whatever life is bringing their way.

I work with adults across the full lifespan, including college students finding their footing, midlife adults navigating major transitions, and older adults embracing what comes next. Adult development has always been at the heart of my work, and I believe it is never too late to seek the support you deserve. I offer telehealth sessions for clients in New York, allowing you to receive care from wherever you feel most comfortable. I look forward to joining you on your journey. Peace and all Good, Christine Moll.

My approach to therapy

Whether in person or meeting remotely, I try to create a warm and collaborative atmosphere – hoping to meet you where “you find yourself” in the here and now. I want to make certain you feel heard, respected, and supported as you better understand yourself and consider what you want for your life.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we shall work together to find a way forward that feels steady, meaningful, and aligned with your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session provides us an opportunity for us to get to know one another and talk about what brings you to counseling. We can discuss your current experiences, the challenges you are facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will answer any questions you may have, and we will begin identifying a comfortable path forward. Taking that first step can feel like the hardest part, and I will do my best to make the process feel welcoming, collaborative, and manageable.
