Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience in the clinical field, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t happen in a box. I’m not here to label you or fit you into a rigid definition; I’m here to help you find yourself again. My approach is laid-back, non-judgmental, and often infused with humor—because sometimes, a little laughter is the best way to break through the heavy stuff. I specialize in helping people navigate the "messy" parts of life, from the lingering shadows of trauma and sexual assault to the daily exhaustion of ADHD and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a specialized eye-movement modality that helps process traumatic memories and intrusive thoughts quickly and effectively. Whether you’re dealing with flashbacks, nightmares, or that constant feeling of looking over your shoulder, ART offers a path to relief that doesn't require years of talking through the same pain. I focus on lowering your stress threshold and improving your daily satisfaction so you can have more joy and significantly less drama in your life.

What you can expect from me

I know life is busy, especially for single moms and young adults. That’s why I prioritize flexibility and sessions in locations that actually make sense for your lifestyle. In our first session, my main goal is to ensure we are a good fit. I’ll listen to your most pressing concerns and help you identify where you're struggling most with daily living. We aren’t just looking for a "normal", we’re working together to create a new normal that feels sustainable, safe, and authentically yours.
