Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate therapist with experience working in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, supporting individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all stages of life. I use evidence-based techniques and draw from strengths-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches to therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful growth and change. I believe that every person has inner strengths, resilience, and the ability to heal and grow, even during difficult seasons of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, supportive, and grounded in helping clients build greater self-awareness. Together, we explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to distress or keeping you feeling stuck. I help clients better understand how these beliefs and experiences impact overall well-being, while working collaboratively to challenge unhealthy patterns and develop healthier ways of coping.

What you can expect from me

Many people feel nervous before their first therapy session, especially if they are new to counseling. During our first session, we focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and identifying the goals you would like to work toward in therapy. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions, I aim to provide a supportive and confidential space to explore what you are experiencing and begin developing healthier coping strategies.
