Great to meet you!

My approach is to be open minded, accepting, and non-judgmental.

As an LCSW, my current practice involves treating a diverse population regain resiliency while having been impacted by historical trauma, domestic violence, family violence, sexual assault, and other life altering events. Using EMDR as a standard technique in this process has allowed for hope and healing to take place among individuals and their families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Life can be challenging at times. Even when we are working hard to push through, it can still get the best of us. Seeking support is brave and the outcome can be rewarding. Having compassion for yourself and seeing tangible results are key pieces to completing the journey. I work from a strength-based perceptive using many different goal focused therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
