You are in charge of your growth, goals, and treatment! I am here to assist with navigation. I have been trained through The Buehler Institute in sex counseling. I completed training in CBT techniques specifically for LGBTQ2S+ community members with Yale School of Public Health. I have over 7 years of experience working with the LGBTQ2S+ community. I absolutely knew I wanted to serve our communities as I was obtaining my education. I am a proud member of the communities I serve.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is conversational, eclectic, and goal oriented with a relaxed vibe. I offer treatment in the following areas; life transitions, play therapy, agoraphobia, low self-esteem, sex counseling, depression, anxiety, and communication skills. LGBTQ2S+ , Polyamorous, and BDSM/Kink/fetish affirming, Gender affirming care, (letter writing after evaluation/assessment), for additional fees.
