Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Christine Roberts, LCSW. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults ages 2–55 and specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, psychosis, neurodivergence, and personality disorders. I have been practicing for over 5 years and I offer a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed approach that is also structured and goal-oriented. I believe strongly in each person’s potential for growth and healing, and I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and capable of progress.

My approach to therapy

I provide a nurturing and empowering approach while maintaining a trauma lens and goal oriented therapy.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a collaborative and judgment free conversation focused on understanding your current stressors, goals, strengths, and what has or has not worked for you in the past.
