Hiya! As a recovering anxiety ridden woman, I know what it's like to feel crippled by anxiety AND what it's like to be free from it!

Through my personal experiences, graduate education, and practical experience in community mental health, and in private practice, I love nothing more than to help women walk in confidence through their life, free from the affects of anxiety.

Working on practical ways to manage anxiety as well as doing the deep dive to WHY you might be experiencing these feelings of anxiety - from family upbringing, traumatic experiences, childhood experiences, current life circumstances, relationships - is my absolute favorite!
