Great to meet you!

Becoming a mother can bring a kind of loneliness no one warns you about. Maybe pregnancy is not feeling the way you expected, the postpartum weeks have left you anxious or numb, or you are quietly grieving who you were before. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 20 years of experience, and supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood is my passion. I also work with children, teens, adults, and families. Certified in Mind-Body Medicine, I treat emotional and physical well-being as connected, never separate.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should feel like a partnership where you can be yourself without bracing for judgment. I tailor treatment using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, building on your strengths and coping skills you can use now.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other somewhere warm rather than clinical. We will talk about what brought you in, what is weighing on you, and set a goal or two that actually matter to you. My hope is you leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, knowing you have someone in your corner from here on.
