Great to meet you!

Are you in a difficult relationship or situation? Is it difficult to take the next step? I am passionate about finding ways to break free from painful cycles, especially when it comes to relationship issues. I support clients with anxiety, depression, grief, marriage or couple counseling, premarital couples therapy, and family therapy. I work with couples struggling with trauma, infidelity, conflict, and intimacy. Asking for help can feel like a big step. If you take that step with me, I’ll provide a safe space for you to work through blocks or changes to your life.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're navigating personal challenges or relationship struggles, I will support your growth with warmth, insight, and practical strategies. You may choose to take this journey individually or involve important people in your life, such as family or partners. I take a collaborative approach to support your goals and the vision for your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will learn about you and ask questions about your life experiences and areas of concern. In the first couple sessions, we'll build a plan together.
