Great to meet you!

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, pressure from family, or anxious? Having trouble managing, or working through difficult emotions or building boundaries with family and friends? Maybe you’ve considered therapy but are anxious about talking to someone. I invite you to take a chance and begin the journey towards that ideal self you have always dreamed of. My name is Dr. Christine Sainvil, and I am a licensed psychologist who provides culturally competent counseling services.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an integrative approach to therapy, grounded in multicultural counseling, interpersonal theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope for my clients is that when they complete treatment, they have a better understanding of themselves, their strengths, and their emotions. At the end of therapy, my clients tend to feel empowered and equipped with a toolbox of techniques that will help them take on and manage any future life stressors.
