Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor who provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating the effects of assault, domestic violence, and other interpersonal trauma. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where your experiences are validated, your feelings are honored, and your voice truly matters. I take a strengths-based approach, helping clients reconnect with their inner resilience, set healthy boundaries, and develop coping strategies to manage life’s challenges.

I work with survivors of trauma, parents adjusting after difficult experiences, and anyone seeking to rebuild confidence and self-worth. My approach integrates EMDR, DBT skills, grounding techniques, and other trauma-informed methods to support healing at your pace.

I offer both in-person sessions at my East Naples office and telehealth sessions across Florida. My goal is to walk alongside you in your healing journey, helping you reclaim your sense of self and find hope for the future.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a strong focus on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based method that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences that may still feel “stuck.” I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore difficult experiences and work through them at a pace that feels manageable. In addition to EMDR, I incorporate supportive tools such as DBT skills, grounding techniques, and mindfulness to help clients build emotional regulation, develop healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their inner strength. Together, we focus on both processing past experiences and building practical strategies that support lasting healing and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your goals, your hopes for counseling, and any concerns you might have. I will ask some questions about your history, but we will always go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to walk away with a sense of safety and hope that therapy can help you move forward.
