Great to meet you!

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you, as a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 7 years of experience and a master’s degree from Colorado Christian University. My background includes work in domestic violence treatment, crisis intervention, and therapy with children, adolescents, couples, and families. I have a passion for helping couples and families to strengthen their relationships. I also support individuals navigating complex trauma and traumatic brain injuries. I strive to create a warm, safe, and collaborative space where you feel supported.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert on your life. My role is to support you, not to judge or tell you what to do. I offer a safe space where you can speak openly. Together, we explore what’s working, what’s not and what you want to change. You bring your story, your values, and what you want to change, and I’ll bring tools and guidance. You decide the direction, and I walk along side of you.

What you can expect from me

Clients leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more in control of their emotions and choices. They gain insight into themselves, learn practical tools to manage challenges, and develop healthier ways to communicate and connect with others. Most importantly, they walk away with a sense of hope and confidence to move forward.
