Great to meet you!

You may have become the person who keeps going no matter what. You show up for others, handle what needs to be handled, and keep moving forward, even when you’re carrying stress, sadness, anxiety, or grief that others may not see. Maybe you’ve reached a point where you’re tired of simply getting through each day and want to feel more connected, hopeful, and like yourself again. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, loneliness, sadness, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that come with change and uncertainty. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported while helping you reconnect with your strengths, better understand your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a place where you can slow down, take a closer look at what you’ve been carrying, and begin making sense of your experiences without judgment. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with the understanding that your story, goals, and needs are unique. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns that may be impacting your well-being while developing practical tools to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and resilience. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide support, perspective, and guidance as we work together toward healing, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, especially if you’re used to being the one who handles everything on your own. Our first session is a chance to slow things down and begin creating a relationship built on trust, openness, and understanding. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope might look different moving forward. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. We’ll take the process at a pace that feels comfortable while creating a path forward that reflects what matters most to you. If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling more connected, supported, and empowered, I invite you to schedule a session through my profile.
