Great to meet you!

Change, uncertainty, and life transitions can leave us feeling anxious, isolated, overwhelmed, or stuck. I work with individuals navigating challenges such as chronic anxiety, grief, loneliness, sadness, and difficulties adjusting to life’s demands. I believe therapy offers a space where people can feel understood, supported, and less alone in their experiences. My approach is grounded in creating a trusting, collaborative relationship where clients feel safe exploring their needs, strengths, and goals. I view each person as the expert on their own life, and I tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of the individual while supporting movement from surviving toward thriving.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe healing begins through connection, understanding, and the opportunity to openly explore what may be getting in the way of living fully. Together, we work to identify patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to distress while building practical coping tools and deeper self-awareness. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to move at their own pace and where therapy is adapted to best support their personal growth and healing journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. We will explore current challenges, goals for treatment, and any concerns or questions they may have about the therapy process. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and respected while beginning to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and collaboration.
