I am a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience in the field of mental health treatment. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with a special emphasis on people with borderline personality disorder, self harm struggles and PTSD.

I meet clients where they are, build on strengths and cooperatively create achievable goal oriented treatment plans.

The understanding that all emotions and experiences are valid, to leave each session feeling seen and heard. You are not alone. Change through therapy can be hard but it does not have to be overly complicated.
