Great to meet you!

If you’re struggling with substance use, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to manage anxiety or depression alongside it, you’re not alone. You may feel stuck in patterns that are hard to break or unsure where to even begin. Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest steps, so I want to acknowledge that you’re here. If any of this sounds familiar, I want you to know that it’s okay to need a hand finding ways to feel better. I believe that true healing happens when we look at the whole picture—your mind, your body, and your spirit. We’ll use proven, evidence-based therapies, but we’ll do it in a way that feels natural and integrated. Whether we're tackling addiction or untangling the roots of anxiety, our goal is to help you feel better and whole again. Together you'll build true life coping strategies like identifying stress or substance use triggers, and how to how set boundaries without guilt in your relationships.

I truly love this work because I get to see people rediscover their own strength every single day.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on building a relationship grounded in trust, honesty, and respect. I want you to feel comfortable being open with me, especially if you disagree or feel unsure about the direction we’re going. This is a partnership, and my role is to support you in a way that truly benefits you. Remember you don’t have to carry all of this alone. If you’re ready to start feeling a little more like yourself again, I’d love to chat. Reach out for a free consultation and let's see if we're a good fit.

What you can expect from me

In our first session. I'll listen to your story and what brought you in. We’ll talk about your goals, or if you’re unsure, I’ll help you clarify what you’re looking for and what you need. In our first few sessions, we’ll keep things low-pressure; we’ll get to know each other and start identifying the small shifts that can bring you some immediate relief.

My goal is to help you feel more stable, more in control, and more confident in your ability to move forward and create meaningful, lasting change.
