Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychotherapist, I believe mental well-being is necessary to live a balanced and satisfying life. Seeking help is a hard first step toward wellness, so congratulate yourself for making it this far! I have been practicing for 15 years and focus on helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and existential crises.

My approach to therapy

Everyone is unique, so I provide individualized care. We will be partners on your journey and work together the whole way. It is vitally important that we communicate openly and that you feel respected so we can build trust and safety in our relationship. I will actively listen, challenge you at times, share tools and resources, and of course, support you.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you have space and time to discuss your concerns. I do more than listen though! You will be asked questions to help you deeply explore your emotions and thoughts. I will give you feedback, sometimes challenge you, and frequently encourage you to use tools to manage symptoms and do things differently in your everyday life. Therapy can help you live your life better!
