Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. If you're navigating a chronic illness, caring for a loved one, coping with grief, or adjusting to a major life change, you may be carrying more than most people realize.

As a licensed clinical social worker with a background in medical social work, I've spent years supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging seasons. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your world changes unexpectedly or when you're constantly putting others' needs before your own.

My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you can feel supported, understood, and less alone as we work through whatever you're facing together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both practical support and emotional healing. I believe therapy should be a place where you can take a breath, feel heard, and focus on what you need—not just what everyone else needs from you.

Together, we'll process difficult emotions, build on your strengths, and develop tools to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion. I tailor therapy to your unique experiences and goals because no two journeys are the same.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—your story, your challenges, and what brought you to therapy. There's no pressure to have everything figured out.

We'll talk about what's weighing on you, explore what support might look like, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic. Most importantly, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and reassured that you don't have to carry everything on your own anymore.
