I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing.

When working with teens and families, I support teens and parents to find relational and individual healing. You’ll experience me working with families holistically to address relationship and individual concerns to best meet everyone’s needs.

When I support individuals through trauma recovery, I am compassionate and supportive at all times. I seek to understand you, and how your trauma, impacts your life. As you let go your burdens from trauma, you'll become the best version of you.

I believe that healing is possible. I reject the notion that people are “depressed for life” or stuck the way they are. We’ll collaborate to find the root causes of your challenges and then find and apply solutions to achieve long-lasting change.
