Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m glad you’re here. My name is Chris, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging chapters. With over a decade of experience since earning my Master of Social Work from Colorado State University, my practice is rooted in deep clinical expertise, evidence-based care, and genuine human connection. With an extensive background serving veterans and their families, I have developed a deep clinical focus on trauma recovery and systemic healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and tailored entirely to your unique needs. Together, we will build practical coping strategies and foster the lasting resilience you deserve.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting to know you and establishing a safe environment with the space to tell your story. There is no script to follow and nothing you have to be ready to say right away. We will move at a pace that feels manageable to you, and you stay in the driver's seat the whole way. If any of this sounds like the kind of support you have been looking for, I would welcome the chance to talk and see whether we are the right fit for each other.
