Hello, I Have been in mental health since 1990. I have 4 degrees and 4 advanced certifications in the field. I value education and life-long learning very much. I specialize in psychodynamic/psychoanalytic therapy, which deals with both the conscious and unconscious mind. It is common for patients to bring in their dreams which we analyze together. It is important for me to create an environment which encourages self-discovery and meaning.

I try to meet every person where they are at. I am non-judgmental and I encourage each person to grow in their own unique process. I speak as much or as little as is needed. Every patient gets a unique, custom experience with me. No two people are alike. I am easy to talk to and I accompany each person as they develop into their true and unique self.

I create an environment that has no preconceived expectations of what the therapy should look or be like. The patient guides what directions we go in and how we address whatever comes up or develops. People in therapy have a right to be truly heard and understood. If that is what you are looking for in a therapist, then I am your clinician.
