Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides thoughtful, evidence-based medication management with a calm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach. My sessions are intentionally unrushed so you can feel fully heard and supported as we work together to clarify your diagnosis and build a personalized treatment plan.

I have over 12 years of experience in both hospital and private practice settings, including advanced psychiatric training at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Sheppard Pratt Hospital. My goal is to help you feel more stable, confident, and in control of your mental health through compassionate care and clear, practical guidance.

My approach to therapy

I take the time to understand your symptoms, your history, and what you want to change. My approach is warm, direct, and centered on your goals. I focus on accurate diagnosis, medication management, and helping you understand your treatment options in a way that feels clear and empowering.

Open and honest communication is important to me. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and taking an active role in your care. Together, we’ll create a plan that is realistic, effective, and tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect professionalism, warmth, and a steady, supportive presence throughout your treatment. Patients often tell me they appreciate my approachable communication style and how carefully I explain medications, options, and next steps.

Your evaluation may include diagnostic clarification, medication management, and lab testing when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling understood, supported, and confident in the plan we’ve created together.
