Great to meet you!

Hello, If family conflict is tearing at your home life, if anger keeps showing up in ways that push people away, or if you're struggling with depression and don't know how to break the cycle, you're not alone, and these are the exact challenges I've spent over 20 years helping people work through. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with anger management, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and the kind of behavioral patterns that disrupt relationships, school, and work. I'm an Atlanta native, born and raised in Southwest Atlanta, and I understand the communities I serve.

I look forward to working together and helping you or your loved ones overcome any challenges you may be facing.

My approach to therapy

You are in the driver's seat of your own change journey. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to build practical strategies for shifting the patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together we explore meaningful paths forward, but all decisions and direction remain in your hands. This is your space, your pace, and your process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you, what brought you here, what's been hardest, and what you're hoping to change. Expect a conversation that feels supportive and encouraging, not clinical or pressured. I'll ask questions to understand your situation and we'll start outlining goals that make sense for your life. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and clear on what working together looks like.
