Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Christopher Anzalone, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field supporting individuals and families with a wide range of issues including trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help you get to a place where you feel confident and comfortable to tackle the challenges life may bring.

My approach to therapy

Recounting the same painful traumas over and over is not helpful in my opinion. Instead, my approach to therapy is one of directness and compassion. Together we can explore the difficulties you have faced just enough for you to learn and move forward.

What you can expect from me

The goal of therapy should be to learn about yourself and to become better than you were. It is not always an easy process, and sometimes it feels uncomfortable. However, if you choose me as your therapist, you will be accepted and valued for who you are and supported every step of the way.
