Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Chris Bonnet, a warm, compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) here in San Antonio who’s passionate about helping you feel mentally strong, clear, and supported—no judgment, just real care. I have advanced training in holistic nursing, family practice, and a unique science background in biophysics, I bring both the latest mental health tools and a deep understanding of the whole you. Over 20 years I’ve walked alongside people through life’s toughest moments in clinics, homes, hospice, and urgent settings, so I know how to listen closely and create plans that actually fit your life.

My approach to therapy

I take time first to listen to you and understand your goals and how that fits into your life. This involves understanding those you affect and who affect you. After that we develop a plan to move to a better place, increments are important.

What you can expect from me

We will have a open minded and frank conversation about what your needs are. We will start to plan even if it is just to plan to plan, or develop more.
