Great to meet you!

I am a 30-year-old therapist with a masters in counseling from Montclair State University. I have been working as a counselor for 3 years now and have experience with a diverse array of clients. Particular focuses include anxiety, depression, adjustment or life transitions, self-esteem, OCD, stress management, trauma, and processing. No matter what your goals in therapy are, I am here to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to help you understand yourself and create change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from a person-centered framework that focuses on empathetic listening, self-reflection, self-compassion and collaborative exploration. I also utilize CBT, REBT, mindfulness, narrative and positive psychology techniques based on your unique goals and needs.

I hope to act as a mirror for you, so that you leave each session better understanding your thoughts, feelings and patterns. This way, you can build self-awareness and compassion that is critical for making positive change in life.
