As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner with over 16 years of nursing in various populations and environments, I offer outpatient medication management and psychotherapy with a specialized in ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and substance abuse

I provide evidence-based patient -centered, holistic services. I utilize active listening and engage in talk therapy, and utilize psychotropic medications to offer a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each client's needs.

My goal is for each client to take away from a session with me is an improved well- being by offering a personalized treatment plan aimed at building a therapeutic relationship and optimizing function at school, work and social settings.
