Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christopher Cooke, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, grief, career transitions, and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel truly heard and make meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized to your unique needs and goals. I integrate effective methods such as EMDR for trauma, CBT for changing patterns, and directive approaches to build resilience and live in alignment with your values. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you in an open and compassionate environment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can share openly at your own pace. I’ll listen carefully to your story, and together we’ll begin to understand your goals for therapy. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and optimistic about our work together.
