Great to meet you!

I've been a Clinical Psychologist for over 20 years. During that time, I have helped individuals from diverse backgrounds address concerns that were impacting their ability to achieve emotional wellbeing and find meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in life. I'm familiar with helping those with relationship, substance abuse, and phase of life concerns, as well as those dealing with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution focussed and supportive. My clients and I have conversations that help them achieve insight, gain awareness, perspective, and develop skills to be more effective in their daily lives. We work together to achieve mutually agreed upon goals. We build a relationship that is supportive, respectful, interactive, and growth oriented.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are conversational, exploratory, and designed to achieve insight, awareness, and perspective. Clients feel understood and arrive at solutions to improve the issues that brought them into therapy. They have a chance to talk, and be heard and understood, while feeling safe to explore what is holding them back or keeping them from living the lives they want.
