Great to meet you!

I work with adults and caregivers navigating the emotional, relational, and practical challenges that come with chronic illness and complex or life‐limiting medical conditions. In our work together, I offer support as you process the weight of ongoing uncertainty, medical trauma, and the exhaustion that can accompany caregiving. My hope is to help you build resilience and find steadier ground—whether that involves making space for grief, easing stress and burnout, or reconnecting with meaning and self‐compassion amid difficult circumstances.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence‐based practices such as ACT and CBT with Somatic Experiencing, polyvagal and attachment theories, and psychodynamic insights. Our work is collaborative and paced with intention, grounded in cultivating safety, supporting nervous system regulation, and developing practical tools that help you feel more resourced and present.

What you can expect from me

You’re encouraged to ask anything—about my style, the therapeutic process, confidentiality, or what future sessions might look like. This is your space, and understanding how it works should feel transparent and empowering.
