My primary treatment methods are strength-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. However, I am dynamic and will make every effort to meet you where you are while using the techniques that we determine are most effective.

I utilize evidence-based techniques like CBT. I have a wide professional network of providers in the event my clients need additional support and services. I go beyond the basics because I believe if my clients can see my passion and effort in my work with them, they are much more likely to push themselves.
