Christopher Easton

Hello! I am a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner specializing in mental health medication management. I graduated with my Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and have worked in both outpatient and telehealth settings. I treat a wide variety of conditions but am most familiar with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders, and have experience working with clients with trauma and addiction backgrounds.

I strive to make the best treatment recommendations I can, but we will make decisions together based on your goals. I try to explain my thoughts in simple terms, but without "dumbing it down." I am realistic but hopeful; a good listener; and bring a dark but gentle sense of humor to sometimes tough topics (when appropriate!).

I believe medications can help get your foot in the door to mental wellness, but that they have limitations and there is no one-size-fits-all. What you take away from this process depends on your problems, goals, expectations, brain chemistry, and much more. What I hope to deliver on no matter what is a sense that you are heard, are in control of your own care, and have someone on your team who is looking out for your best interests and safety.
